Car's, Bar's and Draft Picks with Dave Barr - Receiver Edition

It’s Thursday, time to analyze some receivers. No TEs made this list. The production wasn’t there in the showcase. Teams will need to decide for themselves how they want to balance salary cap value when deciding how to complete their receiver corps.

5. Leighton Blue - Florida - 6-5, 215. There are lots of big builds in the WR class this year. Blue is no exception. He runs precise routes and was able to haul in 21 catches for 478 yards and 4 tds. He may be the most explosive receiver in the draft.

4. Jah Quechan- UCLA - 6-3, 220. Jah caught 22 balls for 367 yards and 2 tds. He has soft hands and magic feet. 3. Eagle Mondavi - Syracuse - 6-2, 200. Eagle caught 22 balls for 372 yards and 2 tds. He has the ability to make the circus catch and the magic feet to stay in bounds.

2. Richard Hung - Baylor - 6-5, 235. Being bigger didn’t keep this receiver from showing his ability to get deep. He caught 23 passes for 290 yards and a touchdown.

1. Michael McCaw - Alabama - 6-6, 230. The biggest receiver in this board showed great agility and finesse as he hauled in 25 passes for 364 yards. He couldn’t find the end zone but that may have been due to his teams red zone philosophy. He runs great routes and can go up to get the ball as well as anyone in the draft. If you have a good qb, he gets better if you add one of these guys to your roster.(edited)
